Hey everyone!
Welcome to my second blog entry.
My new school is the Business school in Perg. I attend it since four weeks. We have many new subjects and my favorites are for example Accounting and Controlling, Russian, Information and Office Management.


There are eight girls and 20 boys in our class. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.
Our Class Board ist Mrs. Sonja Werner. She is very kind and she teachs us in Accounting and Controlling and Personal and Social Competence.


Our form representative is Felix Himmelbauer and our form representative debuty is Niklas Hoos.

Outsourcing – India

Hello everyone! I have just watched the trailer of the movie „Outsourced“, which talks about the cultural differences between American and Indian business life. Today I want to give you some information about the movie regarding the employees culture and outsourcing. Basically what it talks about is that an american guy, who is travelling to Mumbai should learn the people, who are working in the call center, the American culture and mentality. The employees there have an own cultural identity and it is difficult for them to learn the American style. Typical Indian topics like the holy cows or the colourful Holi-festival also play a significan role in the movie.
