Hey everyone, in our last English lesson we were talking about AFS. For everyone who doesn’t know what AFS is and what it stands for should read my blog entry. I’ll give you some pieces of information now. A lot of students think about participating in an exchange program. But most of them aren’t sure, if it is the right thing for them. AFS means American Field Service and it offers students all over the world a year abroad. The most asked questions for students who would like to go abroad are:   Will I be able to attend classes if I do not know the language well? At first it is a little bit difficult and hard, but after a few weeks most of the exchange students feel comfortable in the new school environment. Will I get a report for my classes abroad? The exchange students will normally get a list from the host school with all the classes they have attended, which is also signed by them. Who will my host family be?
