Good morning everyone! I was reading an article the other day on the Internet on “Euronews.com” and it talks about the temporary citizenship to migrants, which Portugal has granted. As I am preparing well for my A-level exam, I decided to talk about migration because it is an essential topic for our exam. I thought you might be interested because it is a topic which affects us all and we currently need to accept compromises. Basically, what it says is that the government of Portugal is granting citizenship to all migrants and asylum seekers, who have residency applications underway. The reason for this is to ensure social security and health care during the virus spread. It is also said that the people who have been applying for citizenship will be granted citizenship right until at least July 1. I have been thinking about customer relationships and what the best ways are how a company can build loyalty with their customers.   A company makes a very good impression to me when they know me when I visit or call them. This is an indicate, that customer proximity is very important for them. It is also very significant for me, when they provide me with personalised products or services. This shows that they specify and focus on each customer. Another bonus point does a company get from me, if the reward me for purchases, feedback, and referrals.
