Welcome to my new blog entry.
I have been thinking about customer relationships and what the best ways are how a company can build loyalty with their customers.
 
A company makes a very good impression to me when they know me when I visit or call them. This is an indicate, that customer proximity is very important for them.
It is also very significant for me, when they provide me with personalised products or services. This shows that they specify and focus on each customer.
Another bonus point does a company get from me, if the reward me for purchases, feedback, and referrals. This shows that they value and strive for their customers.
